The solar plexus chakra is the energy center in your body that is located right at your navel. This particular energy center is responsible for helping you control emotional impulses, not to mention your sense of self-confidence. A person who has a good amount of self-esteem and is willing to take healthy risks probably has a solar plexus chakra that is well-balanced and operating exactly as it is supposed to.

While these are very important aspects of living a healthy and well-balanced life, these are not the only things that this particular energy center is responsible for. Your solar plexus chakra is also responsible for the amount of willpower that you typically feel. Think about it this way. Have you ever been in a situation where the odds were stacked against you, yet you were absolutely determined to succeed regardless of what you had to go through in order to get there?
